(In the tune of Eminem's 2000 hit, 'The Real Slim Shady'...) Will the real Pippa Middleton please stand up, please stand up?!

Just to remind you all what Pippa Middleton looks like.... in case you got scared your recollection was totally wrong here she is yesterday pictured strolling through Chelsea with a friend. I have to say I am still on the Pippa love train. I'm loving this whole new fascination with scarves and that coat is just purely divine. I love the color, the cut- I want it and I think this is the first thing (bar the white crochet dress she wore to Queen's tennis this summer, which she later wore in black- or was it the other way round?) she's worn that I would buy instantly if I knew where it came from, and that goes with the scarf too. It's so nice to see her playing with proportions, rather than just going with her usual figure hugging look, to see her moving away from flats and most importantly to see her playing with color. She's still rocking the usual black but she's made it exciting.

And just found! Here we have Pippa on her way to work this morning. Again rocking a major blue accent. Have to say I give her props for mixing up the sunglasses (they are getting progressively cooler by the day) and the color but the sheer black tights NEED to be replaced by opaque ones and the blazer, for me, is too shiny for day wear. I think the look would have been saved had there been a knee length coat over it... and maybe scarf (bring back the scarf Pippa!) or maybe if the dress had been a top and there had been some kind of matching trouser/ legging. Still though I am so happy to see her mixing it up and am unwilling to see this as a negative blip on her fashion scale.

The worst Pippa Middleton look alike ever?

So on October 26th (goodness knows why I am only getting my hands on these JEMS now!) Debenham's launched a dress inspired by Pippa Middleton's Royal Weddings Bridesmaid's dress in London. For those of you who are interested the dress is limited edition and will run at £170.

Now for what I believe to be the more interesting part. Debenhams used a Pippa Middleton look alike (Jodie Bredo) to launch the dress. Now I have to say, much like the dress itself, Jodie Bredo is more 'inspired by' Pippa Middleton than a literal copy. In fact I may even go so far as to say that, other than the hair color, she looks absolutely nothing like Pippa Middleton. Glaringly obvious is the fact that she's about a stone, to a stone and a half, too large. She is about four shades too pale and she looks a bit more like Kate. I'm not saying she's not a beautiful girl, she is- I'm just saying she doesn't look like Pippa Middleton. In fact I'm thinking that if she can pass as Pippa Middleton I might as well give up my job and become a look- a- like myself. I'm thinking David Cameron, or something equally as ridiculous.

Pippa Middleton heads to work

As per usual Pippa Middleton went to work on the morning of the 21st  and as usual there were paparazzi present to document this earth shattering event. Today she is wearing a coat that I am 99% is from Hobbs and I have to say I am still enjoying her choices.

Pippa's FANTASTIC week of fashion continues (.... and I can hardly believe the words as I type them)

So Pippa Middleton is just FULL of surprises this week! Tonight she turned up at the 'Two Many Women' campaign wearing a full length silk dress. That's right: neither her back, boobs or legs were on show AND her hair was up.... the armageddon must be quickly approaching.

Not only was I pleasantly surprised at the stylistic choice (albeit the cut wasn't perhaps as flattering as it could have been- I'm not in love with the waist line and the sleeves looked ever so slightly long) but I absolutely LOVED her hair up (excited about seeing a photo of it from the back!). She should do it far more often. Plus, the makeup- different and lovely- particularly the eyes..... bar the eyebrows which could have done with a good clean up (she could do with taking a few tips from Kate on how to do a perfect eyebrow).

Pippa Middleton is back to classic

Pippa Middleton was back to classic today on her way to work today but I have to say I'm a fan. I don't know if the outfit was just better than her usual or if the fact that she showed us some variety over the week has made her return to classic seem more fresh and different rather than more of the usual. I think it's the latter because it's not like this isn't the billionth time we've seen this leather jacket and those sunglasses. The dress though was great, particularly the detail at the hem, and the slightly higher hem. Business casual has clearly given away to business sexy. And you have to admire the lack of tights in this currently chilly London weather.

I chose to include this picture (the one below) because although it doesn't show off the outfit to its fullest, it does show off the leg muscles she seems to have acquired over the summer.... and I have to say I think the thighs are slightly scary. I think she needs to spend more time toning and less time on the tread mill.

Pippa Middleton pays homage to plaid

Kate Middleton was pictured today on her way to work rocking a plaid shirt. Have to say it is AMAZING to see her in something dressed down, comfortable and trendy (albeit about three years too late).

For the second time today...

Pippa bores me for the SECOND time today stepping out in what I only hope is a dress, as that would serve to sightly redeem the upper part of the outfit (if she decided to buy that top on it's own merits then she truly is without fashion credability...). I feel like my distaste for her style has increased as he tan has decreased. Bring the tan back Pippa! It was one of your more redeeming features!!!

ps. does anyone else notice that the smaller Kate gets the bigger Pippa seems to get...

Pippa Middleton goes for a run.....

I've decided that I'm a bit of a sadist when it comes to Pippa Middleton. I feel compelled to put up photos of her despite every photo of her annoying me greatly. It's a lose lose situation. However, I do somewhat feel like every photo (no matter how painful to post) is a triumph as it offers evidence of her dullness.

Take this one taken today of her jogging. She even manages to muck up simple workout clothes- hate those glasses and what's with the jumper! It's a run not a walk!

Pippa Middleton's street style: could you bore me more?

An examination of Pippa's outfits over the last week, one word: BORING.

I take particular offense to the leather jacket which is (a) boring and (b) wrong season. I would be quite so annoyed if it was worn with jeans but it just looks ridiculous when paired with a summer dress. I get that's she's trying to be a bit 'cooler' and perhaps distance herself from Kate (although wearing her cast offs certainly doesn't help in this regard) and leather is definitely a good way to get that point across..... but not in July. I would also just like to say her hair needs some mega help... DULL DULL DULL.

Run Pippa Run!

I just realized that I never posted this photo from June 20th of Pippa in the grueling Highland Cross Challenge in Scotland (I know bad blogger, BAD!). For those who care she ran for 20 miles and biked for 30 miles.... for those who don't she's still athletic, tanned and attractive.

Kate and Pippa Middleton at the Wedding of Sam Waley- Cohen

Love that she's recycling! Such a royal tradition BUT the cynic in me HAS to say... what's point in 'recycling' when you essentially have the entire dress made over (i.e. taken in, the hem taken up, the back altered and completely changed... etc.)
p.s. Pippa.... not a flattering look, she looks about 60 in this photo. Much more like the spinster older sister then the supposedly young and vibrant one.... (perhaps it's all that time in the sun beds...).
It's also Pippa's hat I think which is adding to the problem- it looks like it's wilting on her head... whilst trying to make a tandem escape via her ear.
I will however give her props for the embellishment on her sleeves... but that color is just ghastly.
Beautiful photo of Kate's dress. Although if you look closely at the back you can see the extent to which it was taken in.
A great example as to the extent to which style has improved, as well as her dramatic weight loss. Gone is the poorly fitting bolero, cheap belt and lashings of patent and in their place are minimal accessories which highlight her shape and don't draw attention away from either the dress or her features.
This photo makes the effects of her weight loss clearly apparent. The shape of her face as well as the size or her arms and legs have completely changed, in fact it looks as if she's swapped her previous figure for that of Pippa's.

Pippa Middleton attends the Queen's Club Tennis Tournament in London

To think I was here only last year
....................................................................
WHY AM I NOT IN LONDON RIGHT NOW?!

Literally the question of the year.

p.s. I'm not usually a huge fan of jean jackets (and I'm not just saying this because I'm a Pippa fan because as many of you who read this blog will know.... I like the hair, the tan and her affinity for the color purple but other than that I find neither Middleton girl's style overly endearing- THUS FAR.... with the notable exception of Kate's sartorial choice today and for her wedding- hello perfection!) but I kind of love this one. I like the 3/4 sleeves, the fact that it's cropped and the light color- a great choice for a white dress. Casual and actually not tooooo 90s throwback.

Pippa Middleton at the Goring Hotel

Pippa was photographed today at the Goring Hotel, along with her mother and father, for the opening of the London version of Mustqiue's renowned Basil Bar.

As some of you readers may know, I am a BIG fan of purple, big, BIG fan ♥ ♥ ♥ it. I am not a huge fan of Pippa's style- it is very reminiscent of Kate's style pre engagement (i.e. slightly dowdy) style, and even elements of her post engagement style (Pippa is wearing the same shoes here that Kate wore at the Epsom Derby a few days ago and also rocking sheer tights, something that neither of the sisters would have been caught dead wearing prior to the engagement). I do like that she is wearing purple again (purple accents were also seen at her last public appearance at the triathlon).

Now let's discuss Carole Middlton's dress. I think she looks great (and I'm not going to even add the common stipulation of 'for her age') BUT I do think it is slightly too much thigh for a woman of 'her age' (...fifty six) to be flashing, particularly when that person happens to be the mother of the future queen of England.

When I wished that a certain Middleton female would flash more thigh... I didn't mean Carole (sorry m'am!).

Run Pippa Run: Pippa Middleton participates in the BE Blenheim Triathalon

Well what a special weekend it is! HELLO and OK will undoubtedly be drooling as not one Middleton sister but two participated in events with Kate attending the races and Pippa running in the races!

See the pictures below of Pippa participating in the BE Blenheim Triathalon. She only completed the running portion, completing the 5km race while the other two members of her team swam and cycled.

Note the color coordinated shorts and trainers... hilarious.

Pippa Middleton Underwhelms in Matchy Matchy Light Denim

Am I the only person in the world who is underwhelmed by Pippa Middleton's posterior? I get why it's a big deal in England (no offense to the English) but it's rare to see a girl with a toned posterior who's not on the cover of a lad's mag, on the arm of a footballer or in some other way is compensated for the removal of her clothing.

I think what I was more impressed by at the wedding was Pippa's tan. It was above and beyond but somehow she pulled it off.

Below are more photos, taken yesterday in London, of Pippa seriously underwhelming in light denim and looking far too matchy matchy for anyone's tastes.
